Warsaw Chopin Airport Lounges - Prices, Priority Pass, Access

Chopin Airport runs its own three pay-in lounges, all beyond security, and sells entry to anyone with a boarding pass. Airline lounges exist alongside them for premium passengers. Below: what each costs, who gets in free and how to choose.

The three Executive Lounges

Fantazja and Preludium are in the Schengen zone, Etiuda in the non-Schengen zone, so your destination decides which two you can reach. All three have self-service bars with hot meals, snacks and drinks, workspaces, flight information screens and chargers; Fantazja has the larger hot menu, with four hot breakfast and four hot lunch dishes against two or three in the others. Minors enter only with an adult, and the lounges serve departing and transfer passengers, not arrivals.

Prices and how to buy

Online, through the airport’s booking system, a single entry is 210 PLN and is tied to the date you choose; an annual bearer ticket is 230 PLN and is valid for 12 months. At the airport, two self-service kiosks in the public departures hall next to the Fast Track entrances sell tickets by card at 230 PLN, valid for 12 months, and each lounge reception sells a single entry at the same price for cash or card. Entry is allowed up to three hours before departure, and you show the QR code with your boarding pass and ID. The airport’s Comfort Pass bundles lounge entry with a Fast Track security lane.

Cards that get you in free

Business-class passengers and top-tier members of SkyTeam, Star Alliance and oneworld carriers listed by the airport, including Air France, KLM, SAS, Turkish Airlines, Finnair, British Airways, Qatar Airways and Emirates, use all three lounges. Priority Pass, Lounge Key, Lounge Pass, Dragon Pass and Citibank’s lounge cards are accepted at Etiuda and Preludium only. Check the airport’s loyalty-card table for your programme before you rely on it.

LOT and airline lounges

LOT Polish Airlines, whose hub this is, runs its own business lounges in both zones for its business-class passengers and Miles & More status holders; they are separate from the airport’s three and not sold at the door. Other airlines’ premium passengers are directed to the Executive Lounges under the airline agreements above.

Lounge or hotel?

For up to three hours before a flight, a lounge is the better buy. For longer, or for anything on the arrivals side, a night at the Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport or Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, both walkable from the terminal, costs more but gives you a bed and a shower with no boarding pass required; the Première Classe Warsaw Airport one bus stop away is often cheaper than two lounge entries. The Renaissance also has a concierge lounge on its seventh floor for guests in the 32 rooms that include it.
